About the Turner Free Library


What: As a public library, the Turner Free Library serves the Town of Randolph by providing free access to information in the form of books, audiobooks, movies, and other materials as well as offering public computers and an open wi-fi network so that anyone can get online. We are open to everyone, regardless of age, income level, race, ethnicity, physical ability, or citizenship status and there is no charge to become a Turner Free Library card holder. The Turner Free Library is a member of the Old Colony Library Network, a cooperative of 28 libraries that share materials and services. We offer a wide range of free events for children, teens, adults, and seniors that are open to all. At the Turner Free Library, you will find around 67,000 books, movies, audiobooks, video games, and technology you can bring home. Come visit us!

Winter Hours (Labor Day to Memorial Day):

  • Monday-Thursday, 9am-8pm

  • Friday-Saturday, 9am-5pm

Summer Hours (Memorial Day to Labor Day):

  • Monday-Wednesday, 9am-8pm

  • Thursday-Saturday, 9am-5pm

  • Free programs for kids, teens, adults, and seniors

  • Library cards are available for free to any Massachusetts resident. A photo ID and proof of current address is required to create a card
